6" Dendritic Cobalt Chef's Knife:  For your galley or home kitchen

We use one of these in our kitchen everyday and it is our favorite.  You can expect the same phenomenal edge holding as all the other Boye knives, and no tarnishing or corrosion. The handle is Arizona Desert Ironwood, chosen for its resistance to drying or darkening with use. Each handle is different, and may be lighter or more figured than the knife shown. The pattern in the upper portion of the knife is a magnified picture of the microscopic dendritic carbide crystal formations in the blade.
